These Terms govern your use of Peonies, a product of Bloomsgiving LLC. By accessing or using Peonies, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Peonies helps businesses organize customer opportunities, summarize connected communications, prepare AI-assisted response drafts, remember business information and response preferences, and perform actions the account owner approves. AI-generated assessments and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and communications sent from your connected accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Peonies only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Services, send unlawful or deceptive communications, or use Peonies to violate another person’s rights.
When you enter a mobile number in Peonies SMS assistant settings and affirmatively select the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated operational text messages from Peonies about your customer opportunities and requested actions. Messages may include new-opportunity summaries, AI-assisted email drafts for your review, clarification questions, requested draft revisions, verification messages, and confirmations of actions you approve.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Peonies records your number, consent, verification, and opt-out status. We do not begin recurring operational texts until your number is verified. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
You authorize Peonies to access connected services only as needed to provide features you request. You represent that you have the right to provide customer and business information to Peonies. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the fees, billing cycle, and payment terms disclosed at purchase.
Peonies and its content, trademarks, and technology are owned by Bloomsgiving LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, telecommunications or email delivery, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomsgiving LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
You may stop using Peonies at any time. We may suspend access for security, legal, or material Terms violations. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date here.
